Our mission is to build a peaceful world where inclusion is the foundation of safety and justice. At 1Inclusion4All, we advance key UN Sustainable Development Goals:

We promote inclusive learning environments, disability-friendly education, safe schools, and equal opportunities for girls and marginalized learners.

We advocate for the rights of women and girls, support survivors of gender-based violence, and work to dismantle systemic barriers that limit access to justice and empowerment.

Meet the Founder
Oluwaseun Ikusika
ADVOCATE • LEADER • QUEEN OF EQUALITY
Oluwaseun Ikusika is a renowned family lawyer, disability rights advocate, gender-equality champion, and social justice leader. Her journey began in boarding school, where she developed resilience, independence, and a strong sense of fairness—values that shaped her purpose-driven career.
As a lawyer, Oluwaseun has dedicated her life to defending women, girls, and marginalized communities, including survivors of domestic abuse and people with disabilities. She continues to champion access to justice and equal rights for those who are often overlooked or silenced.
Driven by her passion for equality, she founded 1Inclusion4All, an organisation promoting inclusive education, disability justice, community empowerment, and gender-based violence prevention across the UK, Nigeria, and globally.
Her impact includes:

• Creating pathways for girls’ education in Pakistan
• Elevating the voices of marginalized groups in local and multicultural communities
